Using the Pinnigeria website available through pinnigeria.com means that you have read and accepted these terms.

You agree that we can modify this terms at any time. Changes made will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately it is posted, except otherwise stated within the terms, without notifying you.

You agree that all information you provide are true and accurate and thus, we can take any action we deem fit if we notice a false information.

You agree that we have all rights to terminate your pinnigeria account at any time without notifying you.

You agree that we are not liable and will be free of charges for any losses or damages, of whatsoever degree or value, incured on transacting with or through us.

The PINs sold on the website are not created by us. We provide you with the PINs and scratch cards as they are given to us and thus we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage incured by using any PIN.

If you do not agree to any of these, please do not use any of our service.
